Program Focus
Our Professional Group Coaching Training provides experienced coaches with the essential skills, knowledge, and understanding required for successful group coaching. This comprehensive program covers the foundation of group coaching, while also addressing the practical aspects of designing, promoting, and launching a group coaching program.
Program Aims
This program aims to equip qualified coaches with a deep understanding of groups, the necessary skills for effective group coaching, and the fundamental aspects involved in setting up and promoting group coaching programs. To achieve this, we offer a range of resources, individualized support, and experiential learning opportunities, including observed practice sessions.
Program Description
Designed for qualified coaches looking to leverage their coaching skills in various settings such as organizations, communities, and schools, our group coaching training program combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Participants will engage in six live sessions, each lasting 3 hours, as well as three 1.5-hour group supervision sessions and two one-hour individual tutorials. Additionally, all participants will have access to core reading materials and a wealth of online resources.
Program Delivery
The program will be delivered conveniently online, utilizing Zoom for live training sessions, supervision, and one-on-one tutorials. Our learning platform, Teachable, will host all the necessary program resources, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive learning experience.
